Equipment Monitoring

We take the safety and freshness of our ingredients very seriously. Our refrigerating and freezing equipment is electronically controlled, and it alerts us when temperatures are approaching or outside of a set threshold.

Automated Expiry

At our establishment, we keep a close eye on the expiration dates and freshness of our ingredients. We have a strict system in place where all ingredients are logged into a database, which constantly monitors their expiry and suggests when they need to be disposed of. If any ingredient is flagged as expired or potentially unsafe, we dispose of it immediately to ensure that only the freshest ingredients are used in our dishes.
